4/20/09-- Cheyenne Occupied

The war is about over. we have seized the Capital and are searching for Tomarchio. We would like an official war treaty as soon as possible so we could start rebuilding as soon as possible.  We are occupying States that were under the allied states, and a few major battles to continue, but we hope those will come to an end shortly.

4/20/09-- UN Split

Over the past couple of days we have noticed the UN troops dwindling, not because of death, but because many troops are pulling out. Great Britain and Germany have left the war, and both have called to send ambassadors over to help the United States rebuild. Intelligence officials are telling us that the rest may leave too, because Britain and Germany had the most troops, but still see the United States  as aggressors.


4/19/09-- War Update

We have been able to keep the UN forces out of the united States pushing them back past the Mississippi, and now have Navy ships up and down the Mississippi River. Plans are being made to talk with Cheyenne, and giving them a chance to surrender. In the meantime Texas and the United States plan on continuing with Joint attacks on other strategic targets in the ASA.

4/16/09-- War Update

The United States Army’s 75th  Ranger Regiment out of Fort Benning, Georgia, as well as the 197th,198th, and 199th infantry brigade is presently engaged in trying to keep back the encroaching United Nations forces. The United Nations have recently focused their attack on the United States after the delay by the United States in entering the war. Texas which had made its move had reached Cheyenne, but Cheyenne has been working hard in regrouping, asking Canada to open its borders to allow soldiers to rest. Texas has been unwilling to attack Canada, because Canada has long said they will be fair to all side of the war. Meanwhile word has been widely circulating that Thomas Valente has been found dead inside the bombed federal building in Cheyenne. This would be a major blow to the Cheyenne Government.     

4/15/09-- Kansas

The United States has officially recognized the Underground Coalition as part of the Armed Forces. Although Militia, the Underground Coalition has been a big component to the success of this war. Kevin Johnson met with the President today to discuss a strategy, and an end game. Johnson who replaced John Williams as the leader of the Coalition will be given the rank of General and after the war will serve as part of the Presidents Joint Chiefs of Staff. 

4/9/09-- Columbus

The United States has officially entered the war with attacks on Ground troops past the Mississippi. The United States Air Force, has used a fleet of F-22 Raptors to take out important targets. The United States was waiting on Intelligence so they could make a strategic plan before taking action. The President who took some time addressed the media today. "We knew we had to take action, but we did not want to get stuck in a situation where there is a long drawn out battle. We want to make this as quick as possible with as little casualties as possible."

4/6/09-- Columbus

WAR
The United States and the Independent Republic of Texas have joined forces and Declared War on Cheyenne. The Acts of the Allied States of America has been hostile not only to its neighboring countries, but to its own people. CIA has confirmed that the "checkpoints" were indeed set up as a blockade, and were to crush an opposition in the Town of Jericho, Kansas. Jericho is located close to the Colorado border, and was a vocal point in Cheyennes Whistle Stop Tour. In recent weeks However, Cheyenne and U.N. forces, have been building up along the Texas and U.S. border. Therefore as both Countries have treated it as a act of aggression, and have declared war. Although no official military action has taken place by the United States. Texas has been using Airstrikes as a preliminary attack before a ground invasion which should happen later this week.  

3/31/09-- Columbus

Sam Travis left for Texas today, after meeting with the President, and other US officials. The talks seemed to go well and Sam was very excited to get the chance to meet with the President. "I had a wonderful time here in the United States. The President and I met over a couple of days, and agreed on many subjects. Hopefully we can have stronger relations moving forward, and be able to work together on many projects in the near future." Mr. Travis will likely be back in the middle of April as they open up the new Texas Embassy building.  

3/15/09-- Columbus

Sam Travis touched down at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in right outside of Dayton today and is scheduled to head towards Columbus within the next couple of days.

2/28/09-- Columbus

Reports are coming in that Ambassador Sam Travis is coming to the United States. Sam has been reassigned to the Texas Embassy here in Columbus, and will be working with officials here. Sam was previously in Cheyenne at the Texas Embassy there. When asked about the move, Mr. Travis said, "I am looking forward to being on US soil again. Even though the borders have changed the bond between us will always be strong. I also look forward with meeting with this administration, and seeing what we can do to build Texas and US relations."

2/12/09-- Columbus

Sam Travis from the Independent Republic of Texas met with United States officials today trying to keep the peace between Cheyenne and Columbus. Sam has been an instrumental part in the rebuilding process for the United States and the government of Cheyenne. 

1/30/09--Columbus

The Hudson River Virus is still strong. He currently have scientists working on a cure. It was rumored that the "Allied States of America" had come up with a cure, but when we tried to make contact they would not give it to us. Instead they gave us demands, telling us to join them, or suffer. Therefore we work diligently for a cure. We have come close, but something does not seem right.
